INTRODUCTION
Good4Life LLC (the Company) care about customer service. We want your online experience to be simple and painless. We believe in being fair and transparent in all our dealings. Therefore all our Internet sales are expressly conditioned upon the fair terms and conditions set out below. To the extent that any event is not covered below, please be assured that our response will be timely and above all fair. In order to prevent fraud, we reserve our right to refuse to accept any orders that may seem suspicious in any way, or for any other reason.
SHIPPING: General
All orders ship within 48 hours and reach you within 5-7 business days depending on method selected. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours. However we do not ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays, nor do we ship to Post Office box addresses. Please type in your address accurately as returned items due to you inputting an inappropriate address will be reshipped the customer only if the additional shipping fees are paid in advance. Items sent to military addresses are often delayed by military mail handling and tracking numbers are not available. Since we operate with a number of suppliers please expect that multiple orders will result in partial shipments. Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated according to the destination of your order. We will keep you informed through email with timely order status updates. Please respond to our support team within the time specified, as this will greatly expedite the shipping of your order. Please note that if needed Good4Life LLC reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
SHIPPING: Backorders/out of stock
Rarely an item in your order may be unavailable for immediate delivery, then we will ship the remainder of your order and ship the balance when it becomes available but only if it is expected to be restocked within the next 5 business days. If the restocking is expected to take longer than 5 business days you will receive an email notification. When contacted you will have the option to cancel that part of the order for a full refund (or a store credit if you wish) or have the product shipped to you when inventory levels are replenished. Please note that not responding to the email will further delay your order processing time. We do not substitute with like products.
SHIPPING: If your order is delivered then stolen
If you choose a “no signature required” shipping method, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither Good 4 Life LLC nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your order, such as in an apartment building, we recommend that you let us know about this when you order, so that we can arrange to insure your order, and/or to specify Signature Confirmation for your order.
SHIPPING: If your order is lost in transit (rare occurance)
If your order is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to trace it down with the carrier on your behalf. If insured, your refund or replacement will be sent once the shipper has identified that the item is lost, which can be up to 15 days or more, depending on the carrier. Replacements and refunds will only be issued when a “final determination” about the status of the package has been made by the shipping carrier or by us. We are not liable for lost or stolen items when the shipping method selected is 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post shipping, unless you request and pay for additional services such as Insurance, Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
SHIPPING: Excess charges
Rarely our shopping cart may not correctly calculate the actual shipping cost on your order, or if you specify insurance, signature confirmation, or express delivery requirements, we will contact you via email or phone about the excess shipping adjustment charge for your order. You will only be charged the cost difference for the shipping charges. If you refuse to pay for additional shipping charges on your order or for reshipment of an order that shipped to the correct address but was returned, and instead opt to have your order cancelled and refunded, your refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus any shipping fees and handling charges that have already been paid to ship your order.
RETURNS: 30 day refund policy
Products may be returned only upon issuance of a “Return Authorisation” by the Company (this will also include the appropriate return address) customerservice@good4lifeshop.com. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee is applied on all returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Discounts are not refundable. The Return Authorisation must appear on all packages and paperwork in connection with such return. Product must be in new, re-saleable condition in their original packaging and must have been purchased within 30 days (or as specified on particular products by our site) of the date of return. Merchandise returned after 30 days that is not broken or damaged will be charged a restocking fee of 25% deducted from the refund. NO refund will be given if returned merchandise is not re-saleable. There are certain items that are not returnable once they are opened, the plastic seal is broken, or the bag is opened, they include any supplement, any worn apparel, and any massager. There is no restocking fee for exchanges where requested, you will however, be charged for shipping. Issuance of a Return Authorisation does not bind the Company to accept such return. All returned products will be inspected, and if the product is found to be used, damaged, or is missing parts or documentation, the refund will be denied. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Should a refund be issued it will be placed on the credit card used to place the order, in the event that card is not available a store credit will be issued. Please keep in mind it may take up to 3 weeks for the refund to be placed back on your credit card and it may take up to 2 billing cycles for it to show on your bill. Please allow 2 weeks for refund processing. Important: once the product has been used or seals broken, the manufacturer's warranty is in effect and NO returns or exchanges will be accepted – see warrantees below. ALL EXCHANGES require a credit card guarantee to insure we receive the original items back. Please return all opened and unopened product containers, plus your name and invoice or order number to the address advised with the Return Authorisation. We reserve the right to charge a 25% administration fee to all orders returned to us without at least a copy of either the order, packing/picking slip, or a reference to the order number. RETURNS: Warrantees
Any defects in opened supplement products can be resolved through the manufacturer under their individual product warrantees.
RETURNS: Exchange for Damaged, Broke, or Incorrect Shipments
Damaged, broken, or incorrect merchandise will be replaced at our expense. When we issue an RA number we will arrange the shipping with you, most of the time this will be a UPS/FedEx call tag that we will email to you. You will have 10 days to use this call tag or it will expire as will your ability to return your item(s). At our discretion we may cross ship a replacement item to you, after we are notified that UPS/FedEx has picked up your return. RETURNS: Exchange for Other Reasons: In this case you must arrange your own shipping. We can issue a call tag for you, but you will be charged an $8 fee plus the actual shipping. If we issue you a call tag, you have 10 days to call UPS/FedEx to pick-up or the item is deemed non-returnable/exchangeable, even if you paid us for the call tag.

TAXES
Any Good 4 Life items being shipped to a destination in Arizona we are obligated to collect 6.3% state sales tax and you will be billed that rate based on the price including the shipping charge. For all other sales the customer is responsible for Sales and Use taxes applicable on Internet sales per their State legislation.
