Milk Thistle Plant (Silybum marianum)is a member of the sunflower family, and has been used by herbalists for more than 2,300 years. Early herbal healers discovered that Milk Thistle tea could stimulate the flow of bile from the liver, supporting healthy digestion and various liver-related ills.
