What is Glucomannan?
Glucomannan was named the number one diet supplement on the Dr Oz show.
Glucomannan is an all natural fiber supplement that promotes a feeling of fullness. Glucomannan is a water soluble fiber that is derived from the root of the Konjac plant. Comprised of approximately 70% Glucomannan, the Konjac plant is primarily cultivated in Japan. It has been used for centuries in Asian cultures for traditional foods such as noodles, tofu and konyaku, which is a Japanese jelly.
Due to Glucomannan’s expanding properties, it can be useful in promoting a feeling of fullness thereby resulting in people eating less. By expanding in the stomach, Glucomannan is very useful for people trying to lose weight.
Soluble fiber containing foods are also known to support healthy cholesterol balance, and regularity. When Glucomannan is placed in water, it can swell up to 17 times its original volume which makes it effective & convenient as a fiber supplement.
Our Glucomannan is available in 600 mg capsules.
